Still Human

My Training & Clinical Approach

I earned my B.A. in Psychology from Georgetown University and my Master’s and Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin.

I’m extensively trained in multiple evidence-based treatment models, which allows me to tailor therapy to your specific goals and challenges. These are tools, not boxes. We’ll use them to build the right map for your unique path forward.

Whether you're dealing with anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, disordered eating, or feeling disconnected from yourself or others, we’ll choose the methods that make the most sense for you.

Who I Work With

I work best with people who are curious, motivated, and maybe just a little tired of trying to figure it all out alone.

My Philosophy

Therapy should help you live better, not just feel better.

It should give you space to be real and safe, but also provide direction, insight, and meaningful change. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. And I don’t believe in trendy, untested methods. My work is grounded in science, using tools and approaches that are backed by research and designed to work in the real world.

I believe in curiosity, humor, and collaboration. I believe in integrating neuropsychology in a meaningful way to help you get a deeper understanding of what is going on. I believe that people don’t need fixing; they need connection, strategies, and sometimes a gentle push toward their goals. If you're ready to start feeling more like yourself—or discover who that is, I'm here for you.
