What Therapy Can Help With

Real therapy for real life, grounded in science and shaped around you. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or simply not like yourself, therapy can help. I work with adults, college students and adolescents who are ready to understand what’s going on and make meaningful changes. My approach is personalized, practical, and rooted in evidence-based treatment.

Discover how personalized, evidence-based therapy can help you feel more grounded, connected, and in control.

Perfectionism And Overcontrol

You keep it together, you show up, you push through, but it never feels like enough. If you find it hard to relax, be flexible, or connect deeply with others, I use a treatment called Radically Open DBT to help loosen that grip without losing what makes you strong.

Overlapping Symptoms

You’re doing everything right, but it still feels off. Maybe you’re exhausted, emotionally flat, or unsure of what matters anymore. Together, we’ll make space to reset, reconnect with your values, and create a life that feels like it belongs to you.

Additional Areas I Help With:

Anxiety

Anxiety

If you’re constantly overthinking, worrying, or stuck in cycles of panic or avoidance, you’re not alone. I use treatments like CBT and Exposure Response Prevention to help you slow your thoughts, calm your body, and feel more in control.

Depression

Depression

You find yourself feeling heavy, flat, or disconnected. You’ve lost motivation, joy, or the sense that life fits. I help clients understand where these feelings come from, and we work together on strategies to help you feel more engaged and steady again. Regardless of whether or not you meet criteria for clinical depression, there are lots of therapies that can help!

Trauma

Trauma

Difficult experiences shape how you think, feel, and connect with others. Trauma isn’t defined by the event, but by its impact. As the WHO puts it: “trauma is” act plus impact. There’s no required list of what “counts” as trauma—if something hard has happened and it’s affecting your daily life, it matters. I’m a Certified Specialist in Trauma-Focused CBT, using evidence-based, trauma-informed care to help you process, heal, and regain control. Together, we shift the narrative and build effective strategies so you can move forward with clarity and strength.

Eating Disorders

Eating Disorders

Eating disorders are one of the deadliest mental health issues out there, but they often go unnoticed or underreported, all while you feel more and more alone. Eating disorders can also be incredibly isolating - they often go unnoticed and underreported, all while you feel more and more alone (and isolated). With the help of therapy like FBT, RODBT, and DBT we can work together to get you on the path towards recovery. You may be experiencing an intense fear of weight gain, restricting food, punishing yourself through exercise, or find yourself unable to stop eating when you wish you could. No two eating disorders are alike. I specialize in working with those struggling with disordered eating and experiencing binge eating.

What Sessions Look Like

  • All sessions happen securely on Zoom
  • The first session is a 90-minute intake to get the full picture and set clear goals
  • Ongoing therapy is collaborative and customized to your needs
  • We use built-in tools to track progress so you can see what’s working
  • You’ll leave with strategies, insight, and a plan, not just a place to vent
